FF Chartwell is a really interesting “typeface.” In this video by FontShop, it shows its use as an infographics generator as well as its ability for some serious typographic experimentation.
While, arguably, not a true typeface, it does take advantage of the language and systems of typography (glyphs, ligatures, etc.) to create a really exciting, and useful experiment.
